- Update to 1.44.1: * Too many changes to enumerate. - Drop PyGithub-drop-network-tests.patch, the test in question no longer requires network access. - Drop fix-httpretty-dep.patch, the httpretty requirement has been relaxed upstream. - Use %python_expand to run the test suite, it works fine on Python 3 now. - Add mock and parameterized to BuildRequires, the test suite requires them.
