Matej Cepl c7f0711ee4 - Update to 6.1

* Add support for Python 3.13.
  * Drop support for Python 3.7, 3.8.
  * Drop ``ZEO.monitor.zeo_version`` as it is unused across all
    zopefoundation packages.
  * No longer use deprecated ``pkg_resources``.
- Adjust upstream source name in spec file
