- Add BuildRequires on pytest-asyncio due to pytest 8.4.1.
- Switch to github tarball for test files.
- Skip a test broken by cPython changes.

  * Don't leak records after raising StopIteration
  * Remove unnecessary type: ignore
  * Add black, isort and pyright to CI

- Update BuildRequires and Requires from pyproject.toml
