Steve Kowalik 19c277a7ab - Stop patching files that we ship directly, therefore
* Remove patch fix-tests.patch
  * Remove patch use_unittest.patch
- Switch to pyproject, autosetup and pyunittest macros.
- Add patch remove-future-requirement.patch, remove requirement of future
