Dirk Mueller a977a5170d - update to 2.8.1:

* use reconstructor function for pickling
  * simplify implementation of ``.reverse()``
  * allow `integer sequence indexing <indexing.rst>`__ by list of
    indices,
  * add `masked indexing <indexing.rst>`__ by bitarray masks,
  * improve ``.bytereverse()`` docstring, see issue
