* Handle unspecified config paths
  * Align simple_eval with Python 3.10+
  * Make -q hide the welcome message
  * Convert sys.ps1 to a string to work-around non-str sys.ps1 from vscode
  * Support for Python 3.14 has been added. Support for Python 3.9 has been
    dropped.
