  * Run functional RO tests in GitHub actions
  * man: Regenerate bugzilla.1
  * man: Add section about `bugzillarc`
  * Allow bug creation with an explicitly empty list of groups (closes #210)
  * cli: Support `--field` and `--field-json` for `bugzilla attach` (#206)
