* **Belarusian (Белару́ская)** — Full bidirectional
    transliteration support (#47).
  * **Greek (Ελληνικά)** — Bonus non-Cyrillic alphabet support
    (#40).
  * **Macedonian & Bulgarian accented vowels** — Preserve or
    strip grave accents (Ѐ/ѐ, Ѝ/ѝ) for homograph disambiguation
    (#4):
  * New `preserve_accents` parameter (default: False).
  * CLI flag: `-p` / `--preserve-accents`.
  * Supports both Cyrillic→Latin and Latin→Cyrillic directions.
  * Follows ISO 9:1968/1995 standards.
  * **File encoding support** — Handle non-UTF-8 Cyrillic
    encodings (windows-1251, iso-8859-5, koi8-r, cp866) with
    automatic fallback (#49).
  * **Russian Я and Ю capitalization** — Fixed improper
    capitalization in transliteration (#48).
  * **Russian Х transliteration** — Changed from X to H (GOST
    7.79-2000 compliant) (#41).
  * **Serbian country code** — Added 'rs' (ISO 3166-1) as alias
    for 'sr' (ISO 639-1) (#46).
  * **Mongolian casing** — Fixed case variation handling (#44).
  * **Ukrainian letter support** — Added missing Ukrainian
    character support (#42).
