* Fix test failure when GPG raises ``InvalidSigners`` instead of
``GPGMEError`` on systems without usable secret keys.
* Object store ``close()`` methods can now be called multiple times safely.
Object stores now raise ``ResourceWarning`` when destroyed with unclosed
resources.
