- update to 0.115.5:
  * Update internal checks to support Pydantic 2.10.
  * Fix error in `docs/en/docs/tutorial/middleware.md`.
- update to 0.115.4:
  * Update logic to import and check `python-multipart` for
    compatibility with newer version.
- update to 0.115.3:
  * Upgrade Starlette to `>=0.40.0,<0.42.0`.
  * Fix broken link in docs.
- drop allow-new-starlette.patch (obsolete)
