742db27319 - Update to 1.0.9: 
- Update AUTHORS
  - Demonstrate basic possibility to test with pytest
  - When getting string size, count UTF8 bytes
  - CI: add python 3.13
  - pull PyCapsule_New() into the PYLOCK() section in poll_func()

923d8c1f16 - Separate documentation to separate subpackage. 
- Add examples subdirectory to that documentation.
- Make the test suite running.
