Steve Kowalik f951d0b560 - Update to 2.2.0:
* Added support for Python 3.14.
  * Dropped support for Python 3.9.0 and 3.9.1 for compatibility with newer
    versions of the cryptography Python package. Python 3.9.2+ is still
    supported.
- Clean up {Build,}Requires.
