Dirk Mueller 6c0ae6e652 - Update to 13.2.1:
* #335: Fix regression in command line client.
  * Keyring command-line interface now reads the password
   directly from stdin if stdin is connected to a pipe.
  * #329: Improve output of ``keyring --list-backends``.
