* Minor release with updated cpython version bagde in README.md
- update to 0.5.10:
* drop platformdirs as a dependency
- update to 0.5.9:
* Bring back support to python 3.9 (almost EOL) and 3.10
- update to 0.5.8:
* Fixed missing dependency: platformdirs
- update to 0.5.7:
* Libraries updated and supported python versions: 3.11, 3.12
and 3.13
* Modify yaml_implicit_resolvers only in subclass of
yaml.Resolver
* Add loaded_provider function and allow re-initializing un-
loaded providers
