* MongoDB: URL parsing are now delegated to the pymongo library
(Fixes Issue #103 and Issue #87).

* SQS: A bug caused SimpleDB to be used even if sdb persistence
was not enabled (Issue #108).

* MongoDB: Now supports replica set URLs.
