- Disable python36 build because SciPy 1.6.0 dropped support for Python 3.6. Other packages from the NumPy family do the same (NEP29) - Update requirements - Enable tests. Use librosa-create-pooch-cache.py to provide the test data in librosa-pooch-cache.tar.gz. These files are under CC-BY-3.0 license.
