- update to 3.9.2:

* Be more resilient to I/O failures when writing font cache
  * Fix nondeterministic behavior with subplot spacing and
    constrained layout
  * Fix sticky edge tolerance relative to data range

  * Re-add matplotlib.cm.get_cmap; note this function will still
    be removed at a later date
