- update to 0.11.0:
  * Correctly handle `/` expressions with multiple terms in a row.
  * Start using pyproject.toml.
  * Add a ``ParsimoniousError`` exception base class.
  * Fall back to ``re`` when the ``regex`` lib is not available.
