- update to 17.0.0:

* Removed deprecated methods getcwd, abspath, ext, listdir,
    isdir, isfile, and text.
  * Removed deprecated support for passing bytes to write_text
    and write_lines(linesep=) parameter.
  * Implement .replace.
  * Add .home classmethod.
  * Replaced 'open' overloads with 'functools.wraps(open)' for
    simple re-use.
  * Add type hints for .with_name, .suffix, .with_stem.
  * Add type hint for .absolute.
