- Update to 2.4.5
  * Remove support for python 3.7 and older
  * Add tag_filter as a way to pre-filter tags
  * Detect src layout only if it exists and included by build config
  * Accept context as the second argument to version_format function
  * Update pyproject-metadata to support latest version of PEP 639
  * Use fallback_version for source = "call"
  * Out-of-box stubs package support
  * Support a SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH prior to 1980
