Thank you. Something like this?

- update to version 19.1.0
  * You can now load encrypted PKCS#8 PEM key as ``pem.Key``.
  * Added support for ``pem.PublicKey`` (``PUBLIC KEY``).
  * Added support for ``pem.RSAPublicKey`` (``RSA PUBLIC KEY``).
