- update to 0.25.3:
* Replace python-mip with scipy for unit optimization,
fixing crashes on Python 3.12+ (issue #2121).
* Add support for more NumPy functions: vdot, inner,
outer, matvec, vecmat, and tensordot.
* Implement lazy loading for dask to avoid unnecessary
imports.
* Add "^" formatting flag to force non-ratio unit
representation.
* Improve NaN scale handling to prevent incorrect unit
cancellations.
* Add electric_field_gradient to default definitions.
* Ensure string evaluation always returns a Quantity
object.
- Only require pytest-subtests with pytest < 9.
