Some packages use pooch to bundle testdata. Even without network connection we can provide the cache files directly, but need the pooch package to handle it OBS-URL: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/867586 OBS-URL: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:python/python-pooch?expand=0&rev=1

%description
Pooch manages your Python library's sample data files: it automatically
downloads and stores them in a local directory, with support for versioning
and corruption checks.
