- update to 1.1.1:
  * Update internal tables for Unicode 16.0.
  * Remove `test_suite` from setup.py file. Contributed by
    `adrien-n` (PR #38).
  * Add Python 3.14-dev to CI build environment.
  * Update copyright year (2024).
