- Update to 1.9.2:
  * Move project metadata to pyproject.toml
- Add patch remove-mock.patch:
  * Prefer built-in unittest.mock
- Add patch support-new-cryptography.patch:
  * Support new cryprtography changes.

- Drop skip-test_sign_01.patch, no longer required
