-Update to 0.9.0:
    * Add the python- prefix to default spec filename as well.
    * Remove python_module definition macro
    * Update python version in tox.yml
    * The releases field has been removed from the API endpoint and should not
      be used.
    * openSUSE template: add package name to sitelib path
