  • Update to 1.16.0:
    • Add support for Python 3.13
    • Drop support for Python 3.9
    • New Repository.hashfile(...)
    • New Option.GET_MWINDOW_FILE_LIMIT and
      Option.SET_MWINDOW_FILE_LIMIT
    • Fix overriding certificate_check(...) callback via argument
      to RemoteCallbacks(...)
    • Add py.typed
    • Fix discover_repository(...) annotation
  • Add const-parents.patch to fix FTBFS (gh#libgit2/pygit2!1324).

Delete Branch ":factory"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
