- Update to 4.0.7:
  * PyKeePass has decrypt kwarg for accessing header info
  * added Entry.index and Entry.move for moving entries
  * added Entry.autotype_window setter
  * allow filename/keyfile to be file-like objects
  * drop dateutil dependency
  * switch to pyproject.toml
- add fix-test.patch for fixing an issue with
  missing pykeepass.kdbx_parsing
