- Update to 1.17.1
* Added support for Qt v6.8
* Added support for the QtGraphs module.
* Linux wheels now require GLIBC v2.35 (eg. Ubuntu 22.04) on
Intel and v2.39 (eg. Ubuntu 24.04) on Arm.
- Drop support-python3.6.patch
* Python 3.6 is no longer maintained for PyQt
