  * Fixed debugging flag bug.
  * Upgraded to match pysnmp 7.1.16 and above.
- Update to 1.5.10
  * Improved DEFVAL handling.
- update to 1.5.9:
  * Exposed reference property in MIB objects.
  * Fixed fixed-length OCTET STRING handling.
  * Various improvements in MIB parsing, including better DEFVAL
    handling, symbol name generation, and more.
  * Improved DISPLAY-HINT support.
