- Update to 0.5
  * fixes the test suite for pytest 6.2
- Skip python36 build: With NumPy 1.20, python36-numpy is no
  longer available in Tumbleweed (NEP 29). Mpi4py depends on NumPy,
  pytest-mpi us almost useless (and not testable) without mpi4py.
