- Update to 3.1.2: * In wheel, distribute only the Python packages that should be installed. * Migrate project code base from “flat layout” to “src layout”. * Remove unused run-time dependency on Setuptools. * Restore inclusion of documentation source in source distribution. * Correct a non-deterministic test case that would sometimes fail. * Increase minimum Python version required, to “>= 3.7”. * Get metadata from Change Log at build time only. * Migrate optional dependencies to PEP 621 declarations. * Remove dynamically-constructed non-standard metadata attributes. - Drop patch explicit-packaging.patch, no longer required.
