* Hide header and search bar when printing

  * Horizontally align the collapse button icon
  * Make sidebar width more flexible
  * Require Sphinx 7.3
  * Add support for Python 3.14
  * Drop support for Python 3.10 and 3.11
  * Add a copy button to code samples
  * Add missing i18n for copy button titles
  * Make the copy button only appear when hovered over or clicked on
  * Don't copy line numbers
  * Improved translation
- Re-enable python311 build
