- update to 2024.4:

* Add colour to version change directives
  * Only show 'Last updated on ...' when `last_updated` defined
  * Use system font stack for all code
- update to 2024.3:
  * Modernise font: use system font stack to improve text
    readability and webpage performance
  * Remove incorrect CSS property
  * Don't test theme on 3.8 and 3.9 branches
