- Update to 5.15.10
  * Added the missing QEvent.Type.NativeGesture member (Qt v5.2 and
    later).
  * Added the missing QEvent.Type.EnterEditFocus and
    QEvent.Type.LeaveEditFocus members.
  * PyQt5-sip v12.13 is now required for Python v3.12 support.
  * Bug fixes.
