Markéta Machová 3bb2fa5cfd - Switch to testing in multibuild: The obs runtime requirement
resolver deals with numba/numpy blockage more gracefully than
trying to resolve a BuildRequires on them. Numba 0.60 is
restricted to Numpy < 2.1 right now.
