- Update to 0.24:
  * Fix __annotations__ for python 3.14
  * Start support of python 3.14
  * Fix the bug with PyTuple_GET_SIZE (#13)
  * Drop appveyor
  * recordclass requires python >= 3.8
- Drop patch do-not-use-pytuple-get-size.patch, merged upstream.
