- update to 0.19.1:
* Minimum Python version is now 3.9.
* Added .max_depth to YAML() instance to limit recursion.
* Removed mandatory dependency on ruamel.yaml.clib(z);
available via [libyaml] and [oldlibyaml] extras.
* Duplicate merge keys (<<) are now always disallowed.
* Merge keys now keep their position when preceding keys
are deleted.
* Indent root-level block scalars starting with markers.
* Fix for dataclasses with default_factory missing
mapping values.
* Added support for Python 3.14.
