- update to 1.1.0:
  * Added support for IPv6 in the sync client
  * Added a top-level exception class (commit)
  * Improve handling of immediately closed sockets with ping/pong
    enabled #35 (commit) (thanks Łukasz Kędziora!)
  * Unblock receive() call on timeout disconnections

  * Remove python 3.7 from unit tests (commit)
