- specfile:
  * add LICENSE to %doc

- update to version 1.1:
  * DOC use official Travis badge
  * Test and document all modern Python versions
  * Include license file in the source code and distribute it
  * Enable pip cache in Travis CI
  * Use pkg_resources to keep the package zip-safe
