Dominique Leuenberger ced6cb3a35 Accepting request 664410 from devel:languages:python

- Add patch really fixing the tests/tool to work on py3.7:
  * asyncio.patch
- Add patch to enlarge key size for openssl 1.1.1:
  * openssl-cert-size.patch

- Drop patch tornado-async-deprecations.patch that does not fix
  stuff on py3.7
