- Add qatzip-fortify_source=3.patch: Use distro default CFLAGS.
  Resolves a clash between source defined FORTIFY_SOURCE=3 and
  distro defined FORTIFY_SOURCE=3.

Build of this package seems rather unreliable in any case. sometimes a rebuild is just needed
