- Set up bridge helper as a setuid executable
- Add patch for specifying --libexecdir
* Fixes having to specify the path to qemu-bridge-helper manually
- Drop superfluous `make qemu-img`
- Move qemu-bridge-helper to its own subpackage, to share with KVM
