- Enable Zopfli compression:
still needs the user to manually set QPDF_ZOPFLI
- build: enable SHOW_FAILED_TEST_OUTPUT, WERROR
- rename package htmldoc to doc and move in the PDF documentation
- doc obsoletes htmldoc
