- Update to version 0.7.0.7.git+24204af:
  * README: Update instructions about how to contribute.
  * Makefile.am: enable all options on make distcheck.
  * configure.ac: get rid of obsolete macros.
  * ci.yml: add libtraceevent-dev dependency.
