- Rename pcie-dma-ranges.patch to upstream-pcie-dma-ranges.patch to mark this is a reality upstream

Note that this should be picked in TW whenever we hit v5.6 in order not to
affect users of the old CMA inteface (kernel commandline). On earlier Linux
releases DT's CMA config had precedence over the command line, this changes
starting from v5.6.

For now vc4 crashes on the RPi4, introduce a device tree overlay to disable
it. This can be used to disable vc4 trough congfig.txt.
