As adding devel projects to the user's installation is discouraged, I'd like to forward
this package to Factory, although the number of users will be quite limited, I guess...
The rcshist utility displays the complete revision history of an RCS file.
It is quite a common tool for RCS users.

OK, I know RCS is for dinosaurs. But it is still a really performant and handy single-file
revision control system. I use it regularly.
rcshist is a tool to list the RCS revision history. It is handy to search for changes and to
follow changes over time at a glance. As it is easy to maintain, I thought about submitting
it to devel:tools:scm (I would volunteer to maintain it). Perhaps it will come in handy for other people.
