- Add libcurl4-mini BuildRequires: we need - indirectly throgh
cmake, libcurl.so.4, which is available in two variants; the
default is a 'full' version with http2 support, but in order to
build this curl variant, we are in a cycle. For rdma-core, it
does not matter what curl version we have, so we break the cycle
by explicitly BuildRequiring libcurl4-mini.
