- Update to rdma-core v18.1
  * Fix compilation issue with recent glibc
- Drop Remove-the-obsolete-libibcm-library.patch and
  umad-Do-not-check-for-umad-sysfs-files-in-umad_init.patch as they were
  fixed upstream.
