e8b67c1bc4 - Remove rcrebootmgr symlink 
- Update to version 2.4+git20240503.5b98913:
  * Don't generate html documentation anymore
  * Fix manual page dependencies for parallel build
  * Update configure.ac
  * Fix soft-reboot detection in forced mode
